"I separated in 2009 with 4 children of the marriage, a complicated situation no matter the approach. When things are acrimonious it can be untenable. In order to avoid ongoing court proceedings and focus on our children, I chose to let all of my “issues” go and continued on, focused on parenting, until being served with notice to appear in Chambers, November 2017 to resolve a laundry list of new issues being brought against me.
