Committed To Flat Rates

We strive to improve the efficiency and access to our legal services and are therefore pleased to offer, for a limited time, flat rate fees to any parent seeking child support during 2025. For a flat rate starting at $3,000 plus tax (payment plans available), our office will issue a Petition to commence an action and apply to the court for a child support order, following which accepted clients will receive support enforcing orders through the Maintenance Enforcement Office. We are also pleased to offer consultations to anyone who wishes to know more about this service. 

Our services start at $3,000 plus tax.

Qualifying clients will be required to pay an up-front minimum of $500 with options available to make monthly payments as low as $282 per month for one year (bringing the total cost to $3,885 including tax).

How To Qualify?

Clear primary care parenting arrangement for at least the last 6 months.

Know how to locate the other party and have the ability to serve them with documents.

Have some information respecting employment of the other parent OR be prepared to accept minimum wage imputation.

Have sufficient evidence to support parentage.
